Also at Nether Winchendon House is the Bear Building which is a plain rural building with a long room above. It is in the centre of the village,opposite our beautiful church of St. Nicholas which is also available for filming. The village of Nether Winchendon itself has a variety of large houses and small thatched cottages many of which are painted traditional pink. There is also an unusual coffin-shaped pond and circular Victorian post box.
